Welcome to AM2PM Constructions. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and any services you engage us for, including fencing, landscaping, retaining walls, and lawn care. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1.1 Services
AM2PM Constructions provides fencing, landscaping, retaining wall, and lawn care services across Melbourne, Victoria. All quotes are provided free of charge and are non-binding estimates until confirmed in writing. Final pricing may vary based on site inspection, ground conditions, and material availability.

1.2 Quotes & Bookings
Quotes provided via our website, phone, or email are estimates only and may be subject to change following an on-site assessment. A confirmed booking is only secured once both parties agree to the scope of work, pricing, and timeline in writing.

1.3 Payment Terms
A deposit of 40% of the total quoted price is required within one week of invoice generation to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on completion of works. We accept credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Google Pay, Apple Pay, bank transfer, and cash.

1.4 Cancellations & Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 4 days’ notice before the scheduled start date on site.

1.5 Warranties
Workmanship is covered by a 12-month workmanship warranty from the date of completion. Materials are covered under the relevant manufacturer’s warranty where applicable. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

1.6 Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, AM2PM Constructions is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from delays due to weather, site access issues, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

1.7 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
